Hello. i m suffering from fever, dry cough, muscles pain, sore throat. Is this symptoms of corona? Can anyone suggest me please how can i get relief

if u r in close contact with corona positive person, better to do RT PCR at 5-7 after exposure. otherwise do the testing asap
