I see some blood when toileting. The blood drips and drips until i am done. What causes this and how to address this issues? my platelet counts are 130k. CBC looks good too. B6 is high. I see blood only when i have constipation. If i had loose stool, it does not gets red in the toilet. What would the diagnosis on this?

It may be due to the fissure in ano that may be causing bleeding during constipation. drink plenty of water and high fibre diet and avoid constipation. If its sever please visit general surgeon and have per rectal examination done. Thank you
