Thank you for your reply. I am 24 years old and female. Yes only upper part of my head hurts mostly on right slightly on left side too and feels so heavy. Also even when i touch the scalp it hurts. About nose, 2 months ago i found out i have sinus in the right side. I did take the medicine as prescribed and felt better after that but i dont know if this is again causing headache. Kindly let me know if there is something serious so that i can visit the doctor.
