Hello Doctor, I'm having frequent pressure fluctuation going from 170/80 to 100/70. I'm having a severe headache along with chest pain. I'm having this problem since the day before yesterday. I have pressure issue since seven years and have been taking medication (Amlong A & Tazlog 40). Pateint Name: Radha Shrestha Age: 55

Namaste ! you should check your BP everyday twice for few days . if it's fluctuating significantly, the drugs or dose may required to be adjusted. for your current symptoms, you should go for chest xray ,ECG, RFT, Blood sugar , urine, and lipid profile.

If you are having increased blood pressure, headache and chest pain you may need ecg to rule out heart problems. if possible visit the hospital nearby.
