dear concern, from last 4 - 5 month i am suffering from gastric diseases ( May be gerd) and i have also taken medication from nearby medical but my symptoms are reduced only by 20%-30%. main symptoms are; 1. chest pain 2. difficulty in breathing 3. stomach bloating after eating 4. nasal congestion 5. frequently pain in esophageal

-age: 26 -no smoking and drinking habits - avoided of spicy , fatty, oily foods - no any diagnosis have done yet due to this disease i think i have a bronchitis or asthma because of difficulty in breathing. so kindly seek your best consultation.

What is your age? Food habits? Any smoking history? Have you ever done Upper GI endoscopy or USG abdomen and pelvis? If its acid peptic disease, only taking over the counter medication might not solve the problem! You need lifestyle modification and may need anti Hpylori treatment. Kindly give your detailed history with information aobut the types of medicines that you have taken.
