Suddenly aja halka ghar ko kaam garda i felt heaviness in my heart and my whole face got red and sweating . I checked my heartrate -it stood at 130 at that moment . BP120/78. I was bed ridden for almost 2 and half months due to weakness . I then went back to bed . I checked my HR again - stood at 90 . 3 Hrs bhayo I feel a bit heavy in my left chest with no pain. Anything to worry about?
