23 Female, Is there any way to increase a few more height even after aged 23? Having heard and seen lots of ad, is it secured to use the medicine for increasing height? Plz suggest accordingly. FYI I'm 5.1 ft now.

Hello, Medically it is not possible to increase height after 20th but surgically you can increase upto 5cm.

Its quite difficult to increase the height after 20s as the bones growth plates has been fused! Some sort of exercise can be tried though the results may vary! You can have search in internet regarding the various form of strengthening exercises.
