Doctor Saab, My report of liver function test today is SGOT 57 (maximum upto 37) and SGPT 120 (maximum upto 40) My SGPT or ALT is three times bigger than normal. Should I use medicine now? I am having sleep disorder, vertigo, breathless, hallucination, hypnic jerk in sleep and stool comes in liquid form always. please elaborate.

try to maintain balanced diet avoid stress exercise, meditate if you are feel uneasy then consult doctor available near you
I consume no alcohol neither smoke. I used to do jogging but ever since I have insufficient sleep, I don't go for jogging. My main concern is whether this number SGPT 120 is horrible or not. Should I start meds to control it? If yes, let me know.

Avoid alcohol (if you drink)and avoid smoking (if you smoke) take low cholesterol diet exercise regularly consult with your nearest physician
