मेरो खुट्टा कहिँ चढ्दा खुट्टा बाउडिने वा सुतेको बेलामा बाउडिन्छ अनि कहिलेकाही हात वा खुट्टामा करेन्टको झड्का लगेको जस्तो हुन्छ यो के भएर होला?

If you are taking medication for any chronic illiness should be rechecked. And please check your complete blood count, calcium levels and vitD and if necessary have to do other test.
