i have a lump in my lower lip. it first started when i bit it over a month ago but by now, i have bitten it more than two times, and it aint going away. Do i need to have it surgically removed?

Mucocele is a common cyst inside mouth, usually occurs following trauma or biting. It is recurrent and needs complete excision. You may visit a dermatologist ot dentist.

Yes, it needs to be examined first. If its large size and creating difficulty can be removed surgically. Please visit the dental surgeon in nearby hospital . Thank you!
