My father had fever yesterday about 100 degree.he took cetamol 100 mg 2 times.now he has 95-96 temperature and feeling tiredness.any suggestions plz

Any other cough, difficulty in breathing besides fever? If other symptoms are also persistent, may need pcr test. otherwise can observe for few days and do accordingly.if not relieved go to hospital for detailed check up.
