Inderal 10 mg two times a day khayeko 15 din bhayo as i had resting heartrate above 90 most of the time and uthnebittikai 100. Do i need to continue or lower now to one time a day . Resting HR when checked falls between 75-95.

You can take once daily in morning...Try it for few days and if you don't have palpitations then continue once dsily
Thank You Dr. If i take inderal i feel somewhat dizzy and if i don’t take i feel palpitation ....Can i take it just once .... i was aked to take for 15days which i have completed now ....

Hello Mr/Mrs Anonymous User Fast Heart beat can be due to anxiety, thyroid disorders and also many other conditions like anemia (low blood hemoglobin), fever, infection. Even if you were evaluated throughly for your fast heart beat, it better to continue until next consultation with your doctor. Inderal 10mg twice daily is low dose and usually is safe for very long time.
