i have increased palpitation and feels like lumps in right back side of heart

Thank you for the question. Palpitation, restlessness, fearfullness may be the sign of anxiety disorder or other psychiatric illness. Sometime you may too have shortness of breath. To rule out heart problem you may require to do ECG and other tests. Please visit hospital nearby and have it checked. Hope you get well soon!
