sir good morning its me Dipen from UAE Abu dhabi i would like to ask you i have problum on my tongue since 5 mth. until now. problem is if i eat something felling test bitter,salty,sour even drinking water also felling salty. so kindly requesting you what shoud i do?

Hello Dipen ji. How long since are you having this? Is there any other symptoms besides the taste, muscle weakness or other problem? You need detailed evaluation and better consult and ent doctor.
